Olga Namer is a New York-based stand-up comedian and actress who recently won the 2018 Ladies of Laughter competition. She is also a host on Stand Up NY Labs Ghosted Podcast. She appears regularly at NYC’s West Side Comedy Club and The Comic Strip. She has graduated from the prestigious Upright Citizens Brigade for Improv and Sketch comedy and has studied for three years in the Master Class of world-renowned acting coach Susa Batson. In the book, Mastering Stand-Up, Stephen Rosenfield wrote, “Olga is funny. Very, very funny. And when someone has a powerful comic voice inside of them, that comic voice pushed hard to get out.”
Born in Brooklyn and raised in an orthodox Jewish home, Olga brings her unique point of view of life to her comedy that has been described as “funny, honest, authentic, and sarcastic.” Inspired by Sarah Silverman and Larry David, Olga is currently working on a comedy hour about her life.
